职位描述:  1.Directsandcoordinatesactivitiesofengineeringdepartmenttodesign,providetechnicalspecificationstomanufacturingdepartmentandsupporttheproductiontechnically在图纸设计、工程技术和生产等各方面进行指导和协调。 2.Directsdepartmentactivities,throughsubordinates,toconvertoriginalcustomerdesignofproductstolocalmanufacturingdesignwithsubstitutematerialandprocess,improveproductiontechniques,anddevelopIQC,WIPQCandFQCproceduresandconductthequalityinspection指导部门活动,完善图纸设计以及生产过程中的指导，提高生产技术,开发IQCWIPQC和FQC程序和质量的把关。 3.Analyzestechnologytrends,humanresourceneeds,andmarketdemandtoplanprojects.通过对分析技术的发展趋势、人力资源的需求和市场需求制定项目计划 4.Conferswithmanagement,production,andmarketingstafftodetermineengineeringfeasibility,costeffectiveness,andcustomerdemandfornewandexistingproducts.与管理、生产、和销售人员来确定工程可行性、成本效益,和客户需求来推动产品。 5.Forecastsoperatingcostsofdepartmentanddirectspreparationofbudgetrequests.预测部门运营成本和指导制定预算。 6.DirectspersonnelactivitiesofdepartmentwithHRdepartment,suchasrecruitment,hiring,SetupGoals&Objectives，performanceevaluations,salaryadjustmentsandteambuilding.指导人员活动和人力资源部门的部门,如招聘、录用、设定目标、绩效考核、工资调整和团队建设。 7.Provideandmonitorengineeringschedule,settargetsforindividualengineers,monitorandcontrolengineeringscheduleprojects.监管工程进度,设立团队目标。
