职位描述: 1)Jobdescription:Providemanagementandguidancetomulti-functionalprojectteamsincludingplanandadministerpoliciesrelatingtoallphasesoftheProjectManagement(PM)activitiesbyperformingthefollowingdutiespersonallyorthroughsubordinatesupervisors.2).Requirements-FluentinspokenandwrittenEnglish-Quicklearner-Goodcommunicationskillsandactiveteamplayer-Aggressive,Patient,honest,responsible,helpfulandcanworkunderpressure-Abilitytohandlemulti-tasks-Minimum4yearsworkingexperience,atleast2yearsworkingonPM-Bachelordegreeandabove,majorinMechanicalorelectromechanicsEngineering-Experienceonlargescaleequipmentorheavymachineryindustryisprefer3).Responsibilities:A.Actasacoordinatorbetweencustomersandthecompany’sinterdepartmentpersonneltoensureoptimumcustomer’srequiredstandardsandneeds.负责项目计划的编制和执行，落实项目所需的资源调配i.Prepare,reviewandupdateProjectExecutePlanandrelevantProjectdocument.Planandmakeallresourcesneededfortheprojectsbeavailableattheappropriatetime.计划并协调设计、生产控制、送货、安装、调试和验收测试过程等的事务ii.Coordinatethedesign,purchasing(materialflow),manufacturing,testing(factoryacceptancetest&customeracceptancetest),shipping,installation,andtuningetc…activities.提前识别项目中风险，并和相关部门提出预防对策。iii.Identifyanyriskbeforeand/orwhenrunningtheproject,andcoordinatewiththerelevantdepartmenttobringthesolutioninplace.负责编制项目安装计划及安装所需材料清单，组织落实安装所需的人员、设备、材料，监督检查安装质量iv.Alwaysstayonthetopoftheinstallation,andtuningfortheproductinthejobsite.Planinadvancedfortheschedule,manpower,tooling/equipment,andgainthenecessaryinformation.项目最终验收后，负责回顾总结项目运行情况报告，提出需改善的方面及措施v.Summarizeandorganizethelessonlearnafterprojectisinservice,coordinatetheteamtobringouttheimprovement.客户服务协调、支援vi.CustomertechnicalsupportB.Providedailycommunicationandcorrespondencetocustomerandtheinterdepartmentonallissuesrelated.C.Reviewthedeliveryandmaterialstatus,expeditingthedeliveryofgoodsand/ormaterial.D.Updatedeliveryschedule,negotiatethedeliveryscheduleandorderconfirmation.E.Schedule/controlforecastweeklyandmonthlymonitoringcaptionedissuestoensuresmoothproductiontomeetsalestarget.请务必提供中英文简历，谢谢！
